INGREDIENTS
- spinach
- corn
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion (any type of onion works perfectly)
- 1 cup of baby tomatoes
- cilantro
- salt
- pepper
Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- a half tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp of honey
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. of sriracha
STEPS
- Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together
- Cut all your vegetables in small pieces
- Mix everything up!
