SALTED CARAMEL JUMBO BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 250 g unsalted butter

  • 200 g dark chocolate

  • 80 g cocoa powder

  • 65 g plain flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 360 g caster sugar

  • 4 large free-range eggs

  • White chocolate
  • salted caramel (store bought)
  • 2 caramilk chocolate bars

1- Heat your oven at 375,grease a pan of your choice.

2-Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.

3- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, in a second bowl, mix the wet ingredients together (excluding the caramilk bar).

5- Pour the chocolate in the wet ingredients and mix.  Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix well.

6- Pour your batter in the pan. Put the caramilk pieces evenly on the batter and push them down a little bit. Bake for about 25 minutes.

7- Let your brownies cool down or just eat them out of the pan( who has time to wait for brownies, seriously)

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE & RASBERRY CAKE

Ingredients:
  • 1¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated white sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk or milk
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • ½ cup rasberry jam
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips 
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch baking pans.
  2. In the large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract and mix for about 2-5 minutes. Add in the hot water. Then, add half of the white chocolate chips in the batter with half of the rasberry jam.
  3. Pour batter evenly between the two pans and bake on middle rack of oven for about 35 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool 15 minutes in pans,meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips and then spread the chocolate and rasberry jam on top of the cake.

STRAWBERRY BASIL TRIFLE DELIGHT

Ingredients:

  • Angel food cake (store bought is easier)
  • strawberries (diced)
  • frozen strawberries
  • granulated sugar (or any kind of sugar)
  • heavy cream
  • vanilla pudding
  • confectioner’s sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • Basil

Step 1: In a pot, put the frozen strawberries, basil and the sugar and cook at medium until the strawberries are melted.

Step 2: In an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract. Add the confectioner’s sugar when the the heavy cream is fully whipped.

Step 3: Cut you angel  food cake in pieces.

Step 4: Make layers with the whipped cream, strawberries, strawberry jam and the angel food cake.

10 MINUTES APPLE & BERRY CRUMBLE

10 minutes? yeah. That’s quick.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 apples (peeled)
  • Berries (optional, but it tastes even better)
  • Oats or granola
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar or honey or maple syrup (or no sugar at all, as you like it)

First of all, cut your apple and add the berries (if you intended to add berries to your crumble). After, add your cinnamon and sugar.

Then, cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.

In another bowl, mix your oats or granola with sugar and a little bit of butter or coconut oil.

Sprinkle on top of your fruit and put in the microwave for 1 minute.

GINGERBREAD STYLE GRANOLA

Who doesn’t like waking up at the smell of sweet toasting granola?

Ingredients:

  • All bran cereal
  • rolled oats
  • brown sugar
  • honey
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cinnamon
  • ginger
  • raisins
  • nutmeg

Bake in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until the oats are golden.
